Finance Senior Solicitor / Senior Associate

Chapman Tripp’s Wellington Finance Practice is looking for a Senior Solicitor or Senior Associate to join its high-performing team for a project finance role. We are keen to speak with candidates who have infrastructure experience, including procurement, contracting or financing. Our clients and our work We are a three-partner finance team, with Leigh Kissick and Mark Reese leading the project finance work. Working alongside Leigh and Mark you will have the opportunity to act for a wide range of clients in the infrastructure sector, including government agencies, private companies and other financial institutions. You will be working on a variety of projects, including PPPs, green bonds, and other innovative financing structures. We are looking for someone who has experience in project finance, procurement, contracting or financing, preferably with a background in law.
