Finance Reporting Analyst

Role: Accounting & Reporting Exp: 2 to 5 years Location: Bengaluru Mode of work: Hybrid Shift: US Shift (No rotational) Role summary: The SEC Reporting Analyst supports the SEC reporting function to ensure accurate, timely and compliant public‑company filings and related financial disclosures. The role assists with preparation and review of SEC documents, coordinates information across finance and business partners, supports SOX requirements and audit requests, and contributes to process improvements. Key responsibilities include: • Preparation and review of SEC documents, including 10-K, 10-Q, and other periodic reports • Coordination with finance and business partners to ensure accurate and timely reporting • Support for SOX requirements and audit requests • Contribution to process improvements and implementation of new processes as needed • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills • Proficiency in MS Office, particularly Excel • Familiarity with financial reporting software and systems • Bachelor's degree in Accounting or related field; CPA certification preferred.
