Finance Project Manager (m/w/d)

Your Mission

As a Finance Project Manager, you are responsible for conceiving, steering, and optimizing all financial processes within the company. As a link between departments, IT, and finance, you ensure an efficient, compliant, and digitalized overall process landscape with a focus on finance.

• You analyze and optimize central financial processes – from Procure-to-Pay (P2P) to Order-to-Cash (O2C) to Record-to-Report (R2R) – and ensure that the end result meets legal requirements.
• You take responsibility in projects for process improvement or accompany them as a sparring partner.
• With the introduction of digital tools and the further development of modern automation solutions, you actively contribute to increasing efficiency within the company.

This Makes You

• A completed degree in business administration, finance, or economics or equivalent relevant professional experience.
• At least three years of relevant professional experience in an international environment.
• Fundamental knowledge of ERP systems, process recording and modeling, as well as automation.
• Ideal experience in project management and Robotic Process Automation (RPA).
• You think analytically, communicate clearly, and advocate for your topics convincingly.
• Structure, solution orientation, and teamwork characterize your work style.
• You have fluent German and English skills (C1) in writing and speaking.
