Finance Operations Specialist (m/w/d)

Your Tasks

You'll be building something that doesn't exist yet: a KI-first infrastructure in the Finance team – no pilot project, but actual processes where your solutions will run from day one.

KI & Automation – your main focus. Here you'll spend most of your time:

• You develop KI agents and set them up to perform financial processes independently
• You analyze financial processes, identify automation potential, and implement it directly
• You process revenue data in Salesforce and Chargebee, clean it up, and ensure data quality between the systems
• You evaluate LLM-based tools and adapt them for concrete finance application cases
• You design the KI-first infrastructure in the Finance team from scratch with

Accounting – your solid foundation. As part of the Finance team, you're close to our financial processes. If needed, you'll help out: at month-end and year-end closings, Candis document filing, or document storage. This gives you the overview you need for meaningful automations.

Your Profile

• A genuine enthusiasm for KI and Automation – and always asking yourself: How can this agent take over?
• Interest in financial and business processes, regardless of whether through studies, training, personal projects, or simply curiosity
• Experience with or fundamental interest in automation tools (Make, n8n, Zapier o. Ä.) and KI applications – you know what's going on, even if you haven't done everything yet
• Structured thinking: You can break down processes, understand them, and rebuild them
• Care in handling numbers and sensitive data
• Communication strength in German and English
• Nice to have: Experience with Salesforce, Chargebee, or Prompt Engineering
