Aufgaben

Finance & Controlling

• You own Forecasting, Planning & Cashflow Transparency
• You build Reportings & KPI Dashboards, making decisions easier
• You analyze Margin, Working Capital & Growth Effects

Operations & Prozessoptimierung

• You establish scalable workflows across all teams
• You reduce complexity & manual error sources
• You ensure that decisions are implemented faster

Automation & BI

• You automate repetitive tasks (Make/Zapier etc.)
• You turn data into measures
• You develop a system that enables us all to move forward

Qualifikation

• Studies in Finance, Controlling, Economics, or comparable
• 2–4 years relevant experience in Finance/Controlling/Business Ops
• Very good understanding of numbers and business
• Advanced Excel/Sheets (Scenarios, Forecasting, Pivot)
• Ownership & Speed – you drive projects forward yourself
• Growth Mindset – you want to optimize, automate, scale

Nice-to-have

• BI-Tools (PowerBI, Looker, Data Studio)
• Automatisierungs-Tools (e.g. Make/Zapier)
• E-Commerce / D2C Understanding
