Finance & Operations Manager (m/w/d)

Your mission

We are looking for a structured and numerate personality who enjoys accompanying finance, accounting, and operations topics comprehensively. In this role, you will work closely with our CFO and the entire company team together, ensuring solid financial foundations and actively supporting the build-up of scalable processes and structures for further growth.

Your tasks

Finance & Accounting

• Taking over preliminary accounting as well as supporting payroll accounting
• Closely working with external accountants
• Potentially: Contributing to the build-up of an in-house accounting department
• Ensuring transparent, clean, and efficient financial processes

Controlling & Data

• Supporting controlling (reportings, evaluations, key figures)
• Analyzing financial and company data as a decision-making basis
• Working with databases and evaluation tools (e.g. Excel, Power BI, SQL or BI-tools)

Legal & Operations

• Supporting contractual and legal questions
• Maintaining, structuring, and managing contract and company documents
• Interface to external lawyers
• Supporting special and growth projects

Your profile

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, Accounting or a comparable field
• First practical experience in the area of accounting or finance (preliminary or operational)
• Fundamental knowledge in controlling and a strong affinity for numbers
• High data and analysis understanding, very good Excel skills; ideally first contacts with databases, SQL or BI-tools
• Structured, reliable, and self-reliant working style
• Interest in legal questions and company-wide processes
• Very good German language skills and good English language skills
