The Opportunity Join as a Finance Officer and play a pivotal role in the company's financial management, focusing on Accounts Payable and Payroll. Key Responsibilities: • Manage and process Accounts Payable, ensuring timely and accurate payment to suppliers. • Coordinate and process Payroll, ensuring compliance with relevant laws and regulations. • Maintain accurate and up-to-date financial records, including ledgers, journals, and accounts. • Provide financial support and guidance to the construction team, ensuring effective financial management and decision-making. • Develop and maintain strong relationships with suppliers, contractors, and other stakeholders. • Identify and implement process improvements to increase efficiency and reduce costs. • Collaborate with the management team to develop and implement financial strategies and goals. • Ensure compliance with relevant laws, regulations, and industry standards. The Ideal Candidate: • Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field. • 2+ years of experience in finance, accounting, or a related field. • Strong understanding of financial principles, including accounting, budgeting, and financial reporting. • Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills. • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing tasks and meeting deadlines. • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills. • Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.
