Finance Manger

Location: Mexico City Mandatory: Advanced English About the job Responsible for overseeing all non-transactional service delivery activities within the SBS department at the Mexico (Polanco) location. This role leads key initiatives such as transition programs, change management, process improvement, budget management, and alignment with SBS strategy. The SBS Operations Supervisor partners closely with Service Delivery teams and leadership to ensure effective execution, capacity planning, and continuous improvement of service delivery processes. Key responsibilities include: • Developing and implementing strategic plans for the SBS department in Mexico City, aligned with global goals and objectives. • Leading and managing a team of operations supervisors and coordinators to achieve business objectives. • Collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure effective communication and coordination across departments. • Analyzing and interpreting financial data to inform budgeting decisions and optimize resource allocation. • Identifying opportunities for process improvements, cost savings, and revenue growth. • Developing and maintaining relationships with key stakeholders, including senior leadership, customers, and vendors. • Ensuring compliance with company policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements. The ideal candidate will have: • A bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field. • At least 5 years of experience in finance, operations, or a related field. • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. • Excellent communication and leadership abilities. • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment with multiple priorities. • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel.
