We are looking for a finance manager who is right for our team.
A person who feels at ease both in the numbers and decision-making, who understands how a company works in motion and knows how to maintain balance between financial, operational, and human aspects.

Your role, in brief

You will coordinate and supervise the entire financial-economic activity of the company, with a direct impact on management decisions and business development. You will have a dedicated team under your supervision.

🔹 What you will do concretely

• You will coordinate financial-accounting activity of the company and supervise teams of accounting, payroll, administrative, invoicing, and operations;
• You will ensure correctness in accounting records and respect for fiscal and accounting legislation;
• You will verify and approve monthly and annual closures, balance sheets, financial statements, and declarations to authorities;
• You will elaborate and follow up on income and expense budgets, at the company level and departmental levels;
• You will manage cash flow, liquidity, payments, receipts, and relationships with banks;
• You will coordinate the invoicing process and correct reporting of income and expenses;
• You will supervise salary calculation and payment processes, ensuring compliance with labor legislation and fiscal regulations;
• You will verify correctness in monthly declarations regarding taxes and salary contributions;
• You will monitor the document circulation, contractual, and administrative;
• You will coordinate administrative activities from a financial and control perspective;
• You will supervise reconciliation of customer, supplier, and bank accounts;
• You will coordinate annual inventory and define internal procedures for control;
• You will manage relationships with auditors, fiscal consultants, financial institutions, and control authorities;
• You will elaborate financial reports and analyses for management
• You will propose and implement measures to optimize costs and streamline processes;
• You will support management decisions through economic-financial analysis and business scenarios;
• You will evaluate and develop the finance team, payroll, and administrative team;
• You will actively participate in management meetings and define financial and operational strategies.

🔹 What we are looking for

• Business vision, not just technical competence;
• Accounting expert certification (CECCAR) or equivalent;
• Minimum 5 years of experience in financial leadership positions (Economic Director, CFO, Finance Manager);
• Solid knowledge of fiscal legislation, accounting, financial analysis, and internal control;
• Experience working with ERP systems (SAP or similar), advanced Excel; knowledge of Power BI is an advantage;
• Strategic thinking, accuracy, integrity, and clear orientation towards results;
• Capacity to take assumed decisions and support management through relevant financial analyses.
