As a Finance Manager (m/f/d), you will drive the development of our new group structure in direct collaboration with our Head of Finance. You will take on project management for central finance topics, initiate them, implement them, and be sustainably responsible for them: from investment controlling to group allocations and group processes to projects in Microsoft Dynamics and automation with AI and Agents.
Your Responsibilities:
Finance Projects & Transformation: Independent management of finance projects within the new group construct, from conception through implementation to sustainable anchoring in the organization, in close coordination with the Head of Finance.
Group Finance Processes: Standardization and optimization of group-wide finance processes, including intra-group service charges and allocations.
Group Reporting & Automation: Further development and automation of our group-wide reporting and the underlying data and process structures, particularly in LucaNet and at the interfaces to Microsoft Dynamics and other front-end systems.
Investment & Performance Controlling: Development and ongoing improvement of investment controlling and meaningful steering instruments and KPIs for our group companies.
Transactions & Integration: Finance-side support for transaction processes, especially financial due diligence and data preparation, as well as support for the subsequent integration of new companies into our finance, reporting, and system landscape.
Profitability Analysis & Automation: Development and ongoing improvement of contribution margin and profitability analyses, as well as automation of finance and reporting processes together with our Data Team, including the targeted use of AI and Agents.
Interface Management: Close collaboration with Accounting, Controlling, Data, and the group companies, as well as external partners such as auditors, tax advisors, and implementation partners.
What you bring to the table:
Successfully completed business administration degree with a focus on Finance, Controlling, or Accounting, or a comparable qualification.
Several years of professional experience in Finance, Controlling, or Group Accounting, ideally in a group or holding structure, in management consulting, or auditing.
Sound understanding of P&L, balance sheet, cash flow, planning, and management reporting, as well as strong analytical skills.
Strong project management and implementation skills, combined with a hands-on mentality and the ability to drive topics independently from concept to implementation.
Experience with finance projects, process optimizations, or ERP/system implementations; experience with Microsoft Dynamics is an advantage.
Experience with consolidation and reporting systems, ideally LucaNet, as well as very good Excel skills and a high affinity for data and systems.
Enthusiasm for data, automation, and AI; initial experience with tools like Power BI, Power Automate, or AI Agents is a plus.
Hands-on mentality, structured and independent way of working, as well as strong communication skills at the interface of finance, data, and business departments.
Very good German language skills, both written and spoken, as well as fluent English skills (minimum C1).
