We are looking for a Finance Manager who will be responsible for managing our company's finances, including budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting. The ideal candidate should have a strong background in finance, accounting, or a related field, with at least 5 years of experience in a similar role. You should be able to work independently, think strategically, and possess excellent communication skills. Responsibilities: * Manage the company's finances, including budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting. * Develop and implement financial strategies to drive business growth. * Analyze financial data and provide insights to inform business decisions. * Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify areas for cost savings and process improvements. * Ensure compliance with accounting standards and regulatory requirements. Requirements: * Bachelor's or Master's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field. * At least 5 years of experience in finance, accounting, or a related field. * Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. * Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. * Ability to work independently and think strategically.
