About the Role
- Lead financial performance and reporting, delivering insights that influence commercial decisions
- Drive margin, pricing, and operational improvements across products and services
- Partner closely with the CFO and executive team to support strategic initiatives
- Manage cashflow, liquidity, treasury, and regulatory compliance with precision
- Build, mentor, and develop a high-performing finance team
- 8+ years of commercial accounting experience within financial services
- CA or CPA qualified
- Strong technical expertise across reporting, compliance, audit, and tax
- Proactive problem solver with commercial acumen and a strategic mindset
- Experience with Microsoft Business Central and Power BI
- A hands-on, high-impact finance role with visibility and influence
- Work alongside an experienced CFO and supportive executive team
- Lead a finance function with room to shape and evolve
- Exposure to commercial strategy, margin management, and growth initiatives
- Collaborative, supportive culture that values innovation, development, and recognition
- 15+ years of experience specialising in Accounting and Finance careers
