About the Role

• Lead financial performance and reporting, delivering insights that influence commercial decisions
• Drive margin, pricing, and operational improvements across products and services
• Partner closely with the CFO and executive team to support strategic initiatives
• Manage cashflow, liquidity, treasury, and regulatory compliance with precision
• Build, mentor, and develop a high-performing finance team

About You

• 8+ years of commercial accounting experience within financial services
• CA or CPA qualified
• Strong technical expertise across reporting, compliance, audit, and tax
• Proactive problem solver with commercial acumen and a strategic mindset
• Experience with Microsoft Business Central and Power BI
