Finance Manager (Ref-DO)

Job description

Engage clinical departments to analyze financials, assess viability of projects, modelling and adequacy of funding approaches. Produce visually impactful and insightful departmental reports which include productivity, KPIs, projections and other financial analysis. Participate in annual budget and projection cycles, work with departments to understand opportunities and risks and develop improvement plans. Be the institutional lead in the implementation of finance initiatives from MOH. Ensure prompt and accurate processing of financial transactions, including journal entries, reconciliations and reporting. Collaborate with stakeholders to identify and prioritize financial planning and analysis needs. Develop and maintain relationships with clinical department leaders to ensure effective communication and collaboration. Provide expert advice on financial matters to support informed decision-making. Analyze and interpret complex financial data to inform strategic business decisions. Ensure compliance with relevant laws, regulations and policies. Foster a culture of transparency, accountability and continuous improvement in financial management practices.
