Finance Manager - Real Estate

Sector: Real Estate Investment Management Location: Singapore Job Type: Permanent About Our Client Our client is an established real estate asset manager looking to hire a hands-on Finance Manager to oversee day-to-day finance operations, reporting, audit, tax and cash management. This is a broad role within a lean team, suited to someone comfortable working independently and partnering closely with both finance and business stakeholders. Key Responsibilities Oversee day-to-day finance operations, including financial planning, budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting. Ensure accurate and timely preparation of financial statements, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements. Coordinate and prepare for annual audits, tax returns, and other regulatory filings. Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including investors, lenders, and partners. Provide financial analysis and insights to support business decisions and drive growth. Identify and mitigate potential risks and opportunities. Ensure compliance with relevant laws, regulations, and industry standards. Manage cash flow, accounts payable, and accounts receivable. Oversee the preparation of monthly management reports and other ad-hoc reporting requirements. Collaborate with the investment team to ensure accurate financial modeling and forecasting for new investments. Provide guidance on financial matters to the investment team and support the development of financial policies and procedures. Develop and maintain a comprehensive understanding of the company's financial systems, processes, and controls. Ensure that all financial transactions are properly recorded, reported, and reconciled. Maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion. Key Requirements Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field. At least 5 years of experience in finance, accounting, or a related field. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel. Familiarity with financial planning and analysis software is an advantage.
