As Finance Manager, you support us in designing our financial processes cleanly, transparently, and efficiently. You ensure that everything runs smoothly – from preparing important key figures to supporting at settlements and planning. In doing so, you gain deep insights into a growing e-mobility company and develop our financial processes further together with us – also with a view to automation and modern tools.

Tasks

In the center of your role are our Finance Operations – above all, invoicing against our customers:

• Preparation, dispatch, and tracking of customer invoices
• Maintenance of open items and support for payment reconciliation
• Support in ongoing financial accounting
• Participation in preparing settlements
• Presentation and maintenance of financial data for controlling and reporting
• Support in budget planning, forecasts, and evaluations
• Collaboration on optimizing and automating financial processes and internal workflows
• Cooperation with external partners (e.g., tax consultants) and internal teams

Qualification

• Completed commercial training or degree in business administration, finance, or comparable
• First practical experiences in financial or accounting from an advantage (e.g., internships, work-study programs)
• Fundamental knowledge of accounting
• Very good Excel skills and affinity to numbers
• First experiences with accounting or ERP systems are a plus, but not a must
• Good German language skills, English from an advantage
• Safe and structured working method
• Reliability and willingness to learn
• Self-initiative and motivation to further develop professionally
• Team spirit and open communication
