Finance Manager – Luxury Hotel & Vineyard | Franschhoek Kendrick Recruitment is now seeking an experienced Finance Manager to join a prestigious luxury hotel and vineyard based in Franschhoek. This role requires a hands-on and commercially minded professional who will oversee the full financial management function, drive profitability, and support strategic decision-making within the business. Location: Franschhoek, Western Cape Salary: Negotiable, depending on experience benefits Working hours: Flexible, with some evening and weekend work required. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in finance, preferably with experience in the hospitality industry. Key responsibilities include: • Financial planning and budgeting • Management of financial systems and processes • Analysis and reporting of financial performance • Development and implementation of financial strategies to drive profitability • Support for strategic decision-making within the business • Collaboration with other departments to ensure effective financial management The successful candidate will be a qualified accountant (CA(SA) or equivalent) with at least 5 years’ experience in a similar role. They will also have excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
