Finance Manager

LHH Per a reality industrial of Treviso in the automotive sector are selecting a Finance Manager who will have the responsibility of guiding administrative, accounting and financial activities. The figure will have a key role in ensuring the correctness of accounting processes, economic-financial solidity and strategic support to management, contributing to the strengthening of the Finance function and the development of new processes and management tools. Responsibilities The figure reports to the CFO, coordinates 5 people present also in other 3 plants in Italy with their respective teams and will be responsible for the following tasks: - Coordinates accounting activities, ensuring punctuality, quality and conformity to fiscal regulations and internal rules. - Prepares the annual balance sheet and periodic management reports (monthly and quarterly), comparing forecasted and actual costs, in line with policies; - Drafts the budget and forecast; - Analyzes operational trends, costs, revenues and financial obligations for strategic planning and providing useful indications to management; - Collaborates with the CFO for the adoption of financial objectives, tools and processes, contributing to the evolution of the function; - Ensures the application and updating of accounting and financial procedures, in accordance with internal standards and reference regulations; - Coordinates internal and external audit activities - Manages company treasury and cash flow, preparing forecasts and financial plans. - Manages relationships with banks and financial institutions, monitoring credits and credit conditions. Profile Candidates will be considered who possess the following requirements: Bachelor's degree in Economics; Consolidated experience in the role, team management and treasury, balance sheet and management reporting . Good analytical and reporting skills; Mastery of Excel and knowledge of SAP, AS400; Optional knowledge of English, both written and spoken.
