Finance Manager

LHH For our client, a leading company in credit and insurance intermediation, we are looking for a Finance Manager. The figure, reporting directly to the Finance Director, will be involved in managing, supervising, and developing administrative-financial activities of the group, with the objective of ensuring the reliability of reporting and supporting business growth. Responsibilities The figure will be responsible for the following activities: - Manage and coordinate the administrative-accounting department, ensuring efficiency of processes and compliance with current regulations; - Prepare and supervise consolidated financial statements and those of individual legal entities, in collaboration with auditors and tax consultants; - Care for monthly closures and management reporting towards HQ, ensuring accuracy and punctuality of data; - Monitor and analyze corporate costs, identifying areas of optimization and contributing to improving operational margin; - Manage fiscal, civil, and administrative obligations of group companies; - Support integration and harmonization processes of acquired companies' accounting and management systems; - Define, implement, and improve internal control procedures and shared administrative and financial processes among group companies. Your Profile - Bachelor's degree in Economics or related fields; - Consolidated experience (at least 4 years), preferably in structured realities or multi-society groups. Previous experience in auditing will be a plus; - Good knowledge of national and international accounting principles; - Teamwork skills; - Excellent analytical skills, result-oriented approach, and proactive attitude; - Good knowledge of the English language, written and spoken. - .
