Finance Manager

Key Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end financial operations, including monthly close, reconciliations, and reporting.
• Prepare and analyze management reports, financial statements, and forecasts.
• Partner with business and leadership teams to monitor budget vs. actuals and key financial metrics.
• Responsible for preparing, maintaining, and analyzing monthly MIS and reports to support strategic decision-making and operational efficiency.
• Support the Strategic Finance team in modeling, forecasting, and business performance analysis.
• Coordinate with external accountants for compliance, filings, and audits.
• Assist with vendor payments, contract reviews, and expense controls.
• Implement and improve financial processes and tools to enhance accuracy and efficiency.
• Support fundraising, due diligence, and board reporting processes as needed.
• Ensure adherence to accounting standards, company policies, and local regulations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field (CA or MBA preferred).
• 2+ years of experience in finance, accounting, or FP&A roles.
• Strong analytical skills with proficiency in Excel or Google Sheets; experience with Tableau or similar tools is a plus.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to collaborate across global teams.
