Key Responsibilities : Manage the entire finance function, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, payroll, budgeting, forecasting, financial reporting, and compliance with relevant laws and regulations. Develop and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders, including investors, partners, and employees. Provide strategic financial guidance and support to senior management in making informed business decisions. Ensure timely and accurate preparation of financial statements, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements. Analyze and interpret financial data to identify trends, opportunities, and risks, and make recommendations for improvement. Collaborate with other departments to ensure effective use of resources and optimal financial performance. Requirements : Bachelor's degree in Finance or related field. Minimum 5 years of experience in finance management, preferably in a startup environment. Strong understanding of accounting principles, financial reporting, and compliance regulations.
