Finance Manager (F&B)

Role Overview Our client is seeking an independent and meticulous Finance Manager to lead the financial operations for our Singapore outlets. In this solo contributor role, you will manage the full spectrum of finance and accounting, providing critical support to the local General Manager while ensuring seamless integration with our global reporting standards. Key Responsibilities Financial Management: Manage the full set of accounts for Singapore operations in compliance with Singapore Financial Reporting Standards (SFRS) and International Financial Reporting Standards (IFRS). Prepare and present financial reports to stakeholders, including management and external parties. Budgeting and Forecasting: Develop and manage budgets for Singapore operations, ensuring alignment with company-wide objectives. Analyze and forecast financial performance, identifying areas for improvement and proposing corrective actions. Compliance and Governance: Ensure compliance with all relevant laws, regulations, and internal policies, including those related to taxation, accounting, and financial reporting. Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of financial transactions, accounts, and other relevant information. Stakeholder Management: Build strong relationships with stakeholders, including the local General Manager, finance team, and external partners. Provide timely and effective communication on financial matters, ensuring transparency and trust. Process Improvement: Identify opportunities for process improvements and implement changes to increase efficiency, reduce costs, and enhance overall performance. Continuous Learning: Stay up-to-date with industry trends, regulatory changes, and best practices in finance and accounting.
