Finance Manager - Financial Planning & Business Partner

An important leading organization in its sector seeks to incorporate a Finance Manager with solid experience in financial planning, budgeting, and strategic analysis to serve as a financial partner to the business and support high-level decision-making.

Main responsibilities

• Lead financial planning processes, annual budget, and reforecasts.
• Develop financial models and business scenarios to evaluate new opportunities, investments, and commercial strategies.
• Prepare profitability analyses, cash flow, P&L, and budget variances.
• Generate executive reports, financial dashboards, and presentations for management and corporate.
• Coordinate and consolidate financial information with different areas of the organization.
• Monitor OPEX, CAPEX, and budget compliance.
• Participate in the identification and mitigation of financial risks.
• Act as a Business Partner, advising functional leaders in decision-making.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, Accounting, Engineering, or related field. MBA or Master's degree in Finance / Administration is desirable.
• More than 5 years in Financial Planning, FP&A, Financial Business Partner, or Corporate Finance positions.
• Experience reporting to management level.
• Experience leading budgeting processes and advanced financial analysis.
• Experience in industries with high operational, transactional, or commercial complexity is desirable.

Technical knowledge

• Budgets, Forecast, and Reforecast.
• Financial Statements, P&L, EBITDA, and Cash Flow.
• Advanced financial modeling.
• SAP.
• Advanced Excel.
• Development of dashboards and financial indicators.
• Advanced English.
