Finance Manager

The Finance Manager supports Site Management through financial analysis that determines current and future financial performance. He / She will coordinate and participate in the development and implementation of complex financial systems and processes, review and analyze information to provide insight into the organization's financial performance and may provide recommendations to senior managers. Responsibilities The Finance Manager is expected to play a key role in business partnership with leaders across the organization, providing strategic insights and recommendations that drive business decisions. This includes analyzing financial data, identifying trends and opportunities for improvement, and developing and implementing plans to achieve financial goals. Additionally, the Finance Manager will be responsible for ensuring compliance with relevant laws and regulations, as well as maintaining accurate and up-to-date financial records. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of financial principles and practices, as well as excellent analytical, communication, and interpersonal skills. Key qualifications include: Bachelor's degree in Accounting or related field; 5+ years of experience in finance or accounting; Strong knowledge of financial software and systems; Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills; Ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams; Strong communication and presentation skills.
