Job Title: Finance Manager
Location: Cardiff City Centre
Hours: Monday - Thursday 9:00am - 5:40pm, Friday 9:00am - 4:30pm (Hybrid)

Main Duties & Responsibilities
Manage and oversee the finance team, ensuring accuracy and efficiency in all financial processes
Update and maintain balance sheets
Prepare and issue invoices in a timely manner
Chase and manage outstanding debts, maintaining strong client relationships
Prepare financial reports for the Director and senior leadership team
Monitor budgets, forecasts, and cashflow
Ensure compliance with relevant financial regulations and company policies
Provide financial insights to support business strategy and decision-making
Key Skills & Experience Required
Proven experience as a Finance Manager or similar senior finance role
Strong knowledge of accounting principles, financial regulations, and reporting standards
Excellent attention to detail with strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Proficient in financial software and MS Excel
Confident communicator with the ability to present financial data clearly to non-finance stakeholders
Strong leadership and team management experience
Highly organised with the ability to prioritise and manage multiple deadlines
Professional qualification (ACCA, CIMA, ACA, or equivalent) desirable but not essential
