Owing to our unbroken growth, we are now looking for a Finance Manager (all genders) in Berlin.

Tasks

• Leadership of the finance department
• Control of common KPIs
• Monitoring of proper accounting
• Participation in accounting, including the preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual statements
• Safeguarding and control of all compliance requirements and support for internal and external audits
• Preparation of regular reports and ad-hoc analyses based on cost and performance indicators (e.g. Soll-Ist-analyses and productivity analyses)
• Safeguarding of current expertise in the field of payment transactions, fintech, and banks
• Cross-border transactions within the EU
• Funding procurement

Qualification

• You have a completed degree in business administration or equivalent training
• You already have several years of relevant experience as a manager in the finance sector
• Very good English skills are required, as communication with management takes place in English
• Solid German language skills are assumed
• The banking or fintech industry is not foreign to you
• You have knowledge of relevant tax laws
• You have experience with common ERP systems
• You enjoy working in a team
