Finance Manager - Agricultural Industry

Description Hire Resolve's Client, is urgently seeking a Finance Manager to join a leading company in the Agricultural Industry in Klerksdorp, South Africa. As a Finance Manager, you will play a critical role in overseeing the financial operations of the company and ensuring financial stability and growth. In this role, you will be responsible for managing financial reporting, budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis. You will work closely with the executive team to provide strategic financial insights and recommendations. Responsibilities: * Manage all aspects of financial accounting, including general ledger, accounts payable, and accounts receivable. * Prepare and analyze financial statements, ensuring accuracy and compliance with accounting standards. * Develop and manage the annual budget and forecasts. * Monitor financial performance and identify areas for improvement. * Conduct financial analysis to support decision-making. * Oversee cash flow management and treasury functions. * Ensure compliance with all relevant financial regulations and reporting requirements. * Manage and mentor a team of finance professionals. * Collaborate with other departments to provide financial support and guidance. * Identify and implement process improvements to enhance efficiency and accuracy. Requirements: * Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance. * Proven experience as a Finance Manager or similar role in the Agricultural industry. * Strong knowledge of financial accounting principles and practices. * Experience with budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis. * Proficiency in financial software and Microsoft Excel. * Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills. * Ability to work independently and as part of a team. * Strong leadership and management abilities.
