The company is part of the NORMA Group - a leading global specialist for connection technology in various market segments. We are looking immediately or by arrangement for a Finance Manager (m/w/d) 80% 4 days per week Responsibilities: Responsible for the operational accounting, financial planning and control, budgeting, forecasting, and reporting. This includes the preparation of financial statements, management reports, and other relevant documents. In addition, you will be responsible for the coordination and implementation of internal controls, risk management, and compliance with regulatory requirements. You will also support the development and implementation of new processes and systems to improve efficiency and effectiveness. Requirements: Bachelor's or Master's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field; at least 3 years of experience in finance and accounting; excellent knowledge of financial planning and control, budgeting, forecasting, and reporting; strong analytical and problem-solving skills; ability to work independently and as part of a team; fluency in German and English.
