Job description
Chapman Tripp's Auckland Finance Practice is looking for an intermediate [or senior] level solicitor to join the highly successful team, with a focus on bond issuances, structured finance and financial regulation. You will be working on a range of innovative and market-leading financial markets transactions for prestigious corporate, bank, fund and other clients, including sustainable finance, bonds, securitisations, regulatory capital and derivatives. This is an interesting and challenging role that requires a strong understanding of the financial markets and regulations, as well as excellent communication and negotiation skills.
