FINANCE & HR LEAD (M/W/D)

Aufgaben

You will be responsible for all finance and personnel matters in our company and work closely with the management team. You will build practical structures and ensure that our team grows well and is financially sound. You will be both strategic and hands-on, and serve as the first point of contact for our team and external partners.

• Responsibility for HR and finance topics in a growing startup
• Bau and further development of simple, scalable HR and financial structures
• Budget planning, cash flow monitoring, and ongoing cost and liquidity management
• Preliminary reports, forecasts, and decision-making bases for the management team
• Operative implementation of recruiting, onboarding, personnel administration, and payroll cooperation with tax consultants, accounting office, and external partners
• Contact person for the team in all HR and administrative questions and maintenance of HR tools
• Support for growth (hiring, processes, culture)

Qualifikation

SO ÜBERZEUGST DU UNS:

• Degree in Business Administration, Finance or comparable professional training with corresponding qualification and work experience
• At least 5 years of practical experience, especially in finance, controlling or operations – ideally in a startup or SME environment
• In addition, several years of operational HR experience, management of both areas in a comparable responsible role
• Solid understanding of labor law, payroll and financial basics
• Pleasure in hands-on work and building things from scratch
• Structured, practical and self-responsible working style
• Entrepreneurial thinking, high trustworthiness and discretion
• Strong communication skills in German and English

We are looking for someone who brings a lot of experience in both areas. * A residence in the Munich metropolitan area is required for this position to attend on-site meetings with management and perform administrative tasks (approximately 1 time per week or 3-4 times per month)
