Finance Executive - A Reputed Law Firm - Bengaluru Job Summary A reputed law firm is looking to hire a Finance Executive who will be responsible for managing day-to-day accounting activities, statutory compliances, MIS preparation, bank reconciliations, vendor management, and supporting the smooth functioning of finance operations and office administration. About the Organization : Our client is a well-established law firm with a strong focus on High Court and civil practice. The firm is recognized for its expertise in various areas of law including corporate law, intellectual property law, and real estate law. The organization has a team of experienced lawyers who are dedicated to providing high-quality legal services to their clients. About the Job : We are looking for a highly motivated and organized Finance Executive who will be responsible for managing day-to-day accounting activities, statutory compliances, MIS preparation, bank reconciliations, vendor management, and supporting the smooth functioning of finance operations and office administration. Key Responsibilities : Manage day-to-day accounting activities including accounts payable, accounts receivable, payroll processing, and general ledger maintenance. Ensure timely and accurate preparation of financial statements, including balance sheet, profit and loss account, and cash flow statement. Prepare and present MIS reports to management on a regular basis. Ensure compliance with all statutory requirements, including income tax, service tax, and other applicable laws. Reconcile bank statements and ensure that all transactions are properly recorded in the accounting system. Manage vendor relationships and negotiate prices for goods and services. Support the smooth functioning of finance operations and office administration by providing administrative support to the team. Requirements : Bachelor's degree in Commerce or related field. Minimum 2 years of experience in finance and accounting. Strong knowledge of accounting principles, including GAAP and IFRS. Proficiency in MS Office, particularly Excel. Ability to work independently with minimal supervision. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
