As the Assistant Manager / Manager – Finance Transformation, you will be responsible for: • Developing a comprehensive transformation strategy for our finance department, aligning with business objectives and ensuring seamless integration with existing systems. • Collaborating with cross-functional teams to identify and prioritize process improvements, leveraging data analytics and AI-driven insights to optimize financial processes. • Designing and implementing new financial reporting tools and dashboards, utilizing visualization techniques to enhance decision-making capabilities. • Leading a team of finance professionals in the development and implementation of new financial systems, ensuring effective communication and stakeholder engagement throughout the transformation journey. • Providing thought leadership on innovative financial solutions, staying abreast of industry trends and best practices to drive business growth and profitability. Requirements: • Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field; Master’s degree preferred. • Minimum 5 years of experience in finance transformation projects, with a strong background in ERP systems (SAP, Oracle, Microsoft Dynamics) and financial planning & analysis. • Proven track record of successfully leading cross-functional teams and driving process improvements through data-driven insights. • Excellent communication, leadership, and project management skills, with the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
