The Opportunity: We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced Finance Director to join our team. The Finance Director will be responsible for overseeing all financial aspects of the company, including financial planning, analysis, reporting, and accounting operations. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of financial principles, excellent analytical skills, and the ability to lead and manage a finance team. Key Responsibilities: * Oversee all financial operations, including budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting. * Develop and implement financial strategies, policies, and procedures. * Manage the monthly, quarterly, and annual financial close process. * Prepare and analyze financial statements, ensuring accuracy and compliance with accounting standards. * Monitor and control financial performance, identifying areas for improvement. * Provide financial insights and recommendations to senior management. * Manage and mentor a team of finance professionals. * Oversee tax planning and compliance. * Manage relationships with external auditors, banks, and other financial institutions. * Conduct financial due diligence for potential acquisitions. Qualifications: * Bachelor's degree in accounting, finance, or a related field; MBA or CPA preferred. * 10+ years of progressive financial experience, with at least 5 years in a leadership role. * Strong knowledge of accounting principles and financial reporting standards. * Experience with budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis. * Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills. * Strong communication and interpersonal skills. * Experience with ERP systems and financial software. * Experience in the software industry is a plus.
