Finance Director

Overview About The Role As Finance Director, you will play a critical role in supporting the company’s growth ambitions. Reporting to the International Finance Director, you will be responsible for shaping the overall financial direction of the business, ensuring strong financial processes and controls, and scaling financial operations in line with rapid growth. As Finance Director, you will work closely with senior operational leaders and country or business-unit managers, helping inform strategic decisions and drive financial performance. You will also be expected to develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including investors, lenders, and other external partners. In addition, you will be responsible for managing the finance team, providing guidance and support as needed, and ensuring that all financial activities are conducted in accordance with company policies and procedures. Key responsibilities include: • Developing and implementing financial strategies to achieve business objectives; • Managing and controlling financial risks; • Providing financial analysis and insights to inform strategic decisions; • Collaborating with senior leaders to develop and implement business plans; • Ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements and internal controls; • Building and maintaining relationships with key stakeholders.
