Finance Director & Microsoft Dynamics Specialist (m/f/d)

AITASTIC is seeking a finance professional for our headquarters in Mainz who understands financial processes and can confidently apply Microsoft Dynamics in practice. In this role, you will combine sound financial knowledge with system expertise and help us design processes reliably, efficiently, and scalably. You will take on a responsible role with scope for action in a rapidly growing AI company. You will work in a multicultural environment - with colleagues in our offices in New York, London, New Delhi, Tokyo, and Mainz!

• You will manage and optimize our global financial processes in Microsoft Dynamics.
• You will be responsible for introducing Microsoft Dynamics into our environment and will pass on your knowledge to the team.
• You will analyze requirements from accounting, controlling, and management and translate them into functioning system workflows.
• You will improve analyses, data quality, and above all, AI-driven automations.
• You will take on a leading role in our Finance team.
• You will work with internal teams and external service providers on customizations and new features.

• Several years of experience in finance or accounting
• Very good knowledge of Microsoft Dynamics
• A good understanding of accounting, financial statements, reporting, and the underlying processes - internationally, if possible
• Experience in implementing or further developing ERP systems
• A structured way of working and the ability to clearly communicate technical requirements.
• Very good German and very good English language skills.
