Finance & Controlling Manager (m/w/d)

We are looking for a structured Finance personality who keeps numbers clean, thinks processes further ahead, and understands that our customers and teams tick very differently. Clear, binding, and solution-oriented.

Tasks

Operative Daily Business

• Billing and debt collection – from creation to structured follow-up
• Preliminary preparation and control of incoming invoices including assignment of accounts payable
• Project controlling: allocation of costs to projects for the evaluation of profitability
• Communication and coordination between our German company and Turkish production

Strategic Tasks

• Preparation of economic analyses and reports for internal decision-making
• Further development and optimization of our financial processes
• Participation in budget planning, forecasting, and financial monitoring

Your Tools

• MOSS (accounting)
• ERP-System
• Our own internal software solutions

Qualification

What you bring

• 3-5 years of professional experience in the field of finance, accounting or controlling
• Safe handling of accounting software and ERP systems
• Very good German and good English
• Independent, structured working style – even in dynamic environments

And most importantly: Your Mindset

You think entrepreneurially and service-oriented at the same time. You can explain numbers without being condescending, and remain sovereign when your counterpart is not a finance expert.

Whether Creator, Agency or Business Customer – you communicate clearly, respectfully and bindingly and set topics through without unnecessarily escalating them.

You bring calm to the system, make pragmatic decisions and keep an overview even in turbulent phases. Humor is a plus – reliability is a must.
