We are further developing the securities business of the Cooperative Financial Network and creating a new digital neo-brokerage offering. It is specifically aimed at young, digitally-savvy target groups that we want to attract to our financial group. Our goal is to provide a strong response to the changing brokerage market with a future-oriented mobile-first offering, consisting of a powerful brokerage app, a distinctive market presence with first-class service, and seamless access to personal advice from our primary banks. Responsibilities

_As a Finance & Controlling Analyst, you will help build financial management and ensure that financial data is processed completely, reliably, and in a way that is relevant for decision-making. You will combine clean financial processes with meaningful controlling, thereby creating the basis for transparent reporting, regulatory security, and goal-oriented corporate management._​

• Execution of proper, complete, and traceable recording of all business transactions in accounting as a basis for correct cost and revenue controlling
• Participation in month-end, quarter-end, and year-end closing processes
• Setup and further development of controlling, budgeting, and forecasting processes for managing the company's financial development
• Calculation of key financial figures and analysis of these with regard to target/actual deviations and trends
• Participation in the creation of meaningful reports and decision proposals for management and relevant stakeholders

Qualifications

• You have gained at least 2 years of professional experience in Finance, Accounting, Controlling, or Financial Reporting, ideally in a bank, a financial service provider, or a FinTech
• You have completed a banking apprenticeship and supplemented it with corresponding further training focusing on financial accounting
• You possess sound knowledge of accounting, closing processes, financial reporting, and regulatory requirements
• You work in a structured, analytical manner with a high standard of quality and ensure a reliable financial data basis
• You enjoy taking on responsibility, recognize optimization potential in financial processes, and pragmatically and solution-orientedly implement improvements
