Finance Controller:in (m/w/d)

Finance & Operations Controlling with a focus on Production, Performance, and Business Partnering.

We are currently looking for reinforcement in the area of Finance Controlling for an international industrial company. In this role, you will work closely with Production and Management and take responsibility for topics such as cost accounting, forecasting, reporting, and production controlling.

Aufgaben

• Finance Business Partner for Production and Operations on topics around costs, performance, and efficiency
• Implementation and moderation of regular Performance Reviews including cause analyses and follow-up measures
• Analysis of production deviations as well as support in monthly closures and reporting
• Responsibility for production-related KPIs as well as continuous optimization of reporting processes
• Participation in budget planning, forecasts, and multi-year planning (cost centers, product costs, investments, headcount)
• Support in product cost calculations and analysis of cost drivers
• Implementation of the cost center controlling in the production environment
• Closely working with Production, Management, and adjacent departments

Qualifikation

• Degree in Business Administration, Finance, Controlling, Industrial Engineering or comparable qualification
• Professional experience in production controlling, plant controlling or production-related financial environment
• Experience in the area of cost accounting, forecasting and reporting
• Very good knowledge of SAP (ideally S/4HANA in the Controlling/Costing field)
• Safe handling of Excel and data-based analyses
• Analytical, structured and independent working style
• Business Partner mentality and hands-on approach
• Good German and English skills in writing and speaking
