Responsibilities

We’re looking for an experienced Financial Controller to oversee finance operations and provide strategic financial support to enable business performance, ensure compliance, and drive process improvements.

• Manage core finance functions including accounting, tax, treasury, reporting, and compliance;
  
• Partner with business teams to provide financial insights that support decision-making;
  
• Lead finance systems enhancements and process optimisation, including ERP initiatives;
  
• Coordinate with auditors, consultants, and regulatory bodies on audit and tax matters;
  
• Monitor regulatory developments and support implementation of group finance initiatives;
  
• Support board and leadership meetings through preparation of materials and reporting;
  
• Deliver financial analysis for projects, modelling, and other initiatives;
  
• Develop and mentor the finance team to strengthen capabilities and succession readiness.
  

Requirements

• Degree in Accounting or related discipline, with recognised professional certifications;
  
• At least 6 to 8 years of relevant experience, ideally within a similar sector.
  
• Strong knowledge in financial reporting, regulatory compliance, taxation, and international transactions.
  
• Experience in financial modelling and proficiency in ERP systems;
  
• Strong interpersonal and stakeholder engagement capabilities;
  
• Leadership skills and the ability to work well in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
