Finance consultant- Housing Corporations

Your role as Financial Consultant In this versatile role, you are responsible for guiding clients in:

• Preparing budgets and annual accounts using our own financial software.
• Implementing our software and efficiently setting it up.
• Providing support and advice.
• Organizing training sessions and online presentations on process optimization, reporting, and financial efficiency.
• Visiting clients.

You are more than just a consultant; you are a reliable partner for the client. By listening well to their needs, you help them grow. Outside of busy periods, there is room for personal development and initiating new services. Function requirements: What makes you the perfect match:

• Experience in preparing annual accounts with financial software, preferably in the public sector.
• Affinity with housing corporations or semi-government.
• A completed education in the direction of Accountancy and controlling.
• Knowledge of process optimization within financial processes.
• Excellent listening skills and a proactive, solution-oriented attitude.
• A ambitious mindset and a team-oriented approach.
• You are 36-40 available
• Knowledge of financial software such as Ortec Finance, Exact (Audition), Wals (or comparable valuation tool), Aareon/Tobias or Caseware is a plus.
