Strategic Finance & Business Partnering Act as a trusted finance partner to the Managing Director and leadership team, challenging performance and supporting sound decision-making. Lead financial strategy, business planning, forecasting, and rolling forecasts. Identify and drive value-creation initiatives through data-driven insights and commercial analysis. Support pricing strategy, margin optimisation, cost management, and profitability improvement initiatives. Evaluate strategic investments, assess financial implications of business decisions, and provide recommendations to enhance financial performance. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement financial plans, ensuring alignment with organisational goals. Develop and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders, including the Managing Director, leadership team, and other key decision-makers. Provide expert financial guidance and support to drive business growth and profitability. Analyse and interpret complex financial data to inform strategic decisions, identifying opportunities for improvement and proposing solutions. Foster a culture of financial discipline, transparency, and accountability within the organisation. Develop and maintain comprehensive financial models, forecasts, and reports to inform business decision-making. Provide timely and accurate financial information to support budgeting, forecasting, and performance monitoring. Ensure compliance with organisational policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements.
