About the Role
This is your opportunity to make your first move from public practice into a high-impact commercial finance role where you'll add real value to the business.
Key responsibilities include:
- Partnering with senior leadership to deliver financial insights that shape business performance and commercial decisions
- Building and managing financial models for business cases, forecasting, and scenario planning
- Driving budgeting and planning cycles across multiple service lines
- Preparing and presenting reporting packs and dashboards to executive stakeholders
- Supporting commercial reviews, pricing strategy, and margin analysis for key projects
- Ideally CA or CPA qualified
- 3+ years of BAS or advisory experience within a NZ Big Four firm or similar background
- Previously worked within the Big Four (current or past experience considered)
- A natural confidence in presenting numbers and advising senior stakeholders
- A growth mindset and desire to broaden your career outside of a traditional BAS role within public practice
- A rare first commercial role in a global business with an enviable brand
