The Role
The role of the Finance Business Partner will report to the CFO and you will be working with a number of key stakeholders in the organisation. You will be responsible for the following:

• Business Partner with stakeholders to develop financial models, forecasts and cost estimates.
• Analyse financial data to identify any risks or opportunities and areas for cost optimisation
• Create pricing infrastructure and automated models
• Track costs to budget and report thereon and make recommendations for any correction action
• Conduct financial analysis of Business Unit performance, including identifying trends, patterns and opportunities
• Updating the monthly forecast

Your Profile
We are looking for a Finance Business Partner who loves data and insights who is passionate about driving commercial outcomes for a top, well-being organization. You will need to demonstrate the following attributes:

• An ability to business partner senior executives and stakeholders with confidence
• A questioning mind with an ability to analytically think
• Pricing and financial modelling skills
• Strong data extraction skills
• An ability to bring a personable approach to the business whereby you can demonstrate finance as a value adding function
