The Role

Reporting to the leadership team, this multifaceted role is ideal for an analytical financial professional looking to take the next step in their career. As a Financial Analyst, you'll play a critical part in driving financial visibility and guiding business decisions across divisions and operational leads. Some of your key responsibilities will include:

• Prepare and manage monthly rolling forecasts and financial reports.
• Develop comprehensive business cases and performance-related analysis.
• Conduct financial analysis to support decision-making, reporting on profitability and cost allocations.
• Coordinate the preparation of detailed financial presentations for management, working with both accounting and country teams.
• Take the lead on environmental, social, and governance (ESG) reporting processes, including KPI development and data collection.
• Collaborate to review operational investments and controls, identifying opportunities for improvement in systems and processes.
• Act as a trusted advisor to business owners on regulatory, tax, and financial planning decisions, including annual budget consolidation.
• Contribute to digitalization through process enhancements, automation, and leveraging advanced tools such as SAP and Power BI.

Your profile:

We are looking for a confident and proactive individual with a passion for financial analysis and partnering. You'll thrive in a collaborative environment and have the ability to communicate effectively across different teams and leadership levels. Some of your key personal characteristics will include:

• A confident communicator with strong interpersonal skills.
• Highly analytical mindset with the ability to manage and interpret complex data.
• Tech-savvy and comfortable working in technologically-driven environments (SAP, TM1, Power BI).
• A self-starter with a drive for continuous improvement and problem-solving.
• Ideally CPA or CA qualified (or working towards certification).
• A passion for digital transformation and automation.
• Prior experience presenting financial insights to non-financial stakeholders.
