Finance Business Partner / Project Finance Controller - Renewable Energy Sector @ Antal

• Experience in project controlling, budgeting and financial reporting (mileage, infrastructure, real estate).
• Very good knowledge of Excel.
• Experience in controlling projects and SPV companies simultaneously.
• Proficiency in working with accounting systems and document flow systems (BPM).

We are looking for someone to fill the position of Finance Business Partner / Project Finance Controller - international company from the renewable energy sector.

The person hired for this position will be responsible, among other things, for comprehensive financial support for a portfolio of OZE projects implemented in special purpose vehicles (SPV). This person will combine project controlling, financial planning, executive reporting and ongoing cooperation with external accounting, project teams, legal departments and central group control.

The position has a business and cross-sectional character – it requires self-reliance, good organization of work and financial perspective in the context of development.

Scope of duties:

1. Controlling and ongoing financial operations

• Preliminary preparation and coordination of controlling sets for projects (result accounting, project costs, cash flows).
• Surveillance over the payment acceptance process and cost control at the level of projects and SPV companies.
• Analysis of budget deviations and ongoing decision-making support for management and project teams.
• Support for financial inquiries from management and key stakeholders.
• Support for sales processes, including financial analysis and preparation of transactional data.

2. Planning and reporting

• Participation in financial planning processes (short-term and long-term plans).
• Preliminary preparation of executive reports and project reports (national reports, quarterly report packages, indicator reports).
• Conducting detailed cost analyses for projects and monitoring their allocation.
• Surveillance over reporting guarantees, deposits and other financial security measures.

3. Corporate and international cooperation

• Fulfillment of the role of a contact point for accounting teams (local and international).
• Coordination of financial information flow between project companies and group central.
• Support for the preparation and approval of annual financial reports.

4. Administrative and legal-financial areas

• Support in financial agreements (loans, amendments, project agreements) and their settlement.
• Surveillance over land lease calculations and reporting costs.
• Collaboration on reporting projects implemented in joint venture structures.
• Monitoring of tax and financial processes at the level of projects.

5. Systems, processes and tools

• Surveillance over the BPM system (Business Process Management) and work in a document flow system, invoice and agreement system.
• Proficiency in working with an accounting system – analysis of entries, data reconciliation, cooperation with accounting.
• Initiation and implementation of process improvements for controlling and reporting processes.

6. Organization of work and cooperation

• Support for Project Managers and project teams, including younger and more experienced staff.
• Participation in cyclical status meetings (local and group).
• Self-reliant management of priorities and deadlines in a multi-project environment.
