Finance Business Partner (m/f/d) | Region South-West

With around 2,200 employees and an annual total performance of more than 570 million Euros, your future employer is one of the leading corporate groups for technical building equipment in the German-speaking area.

A joint structure for around 15 craft businesses is currently being established in Baden-Württemberg and Hessen. As a Finance Business Partner (m/f/d), you will actively shape the commercial management of the businesses and the establishment of uniform financial structures.

Responsibilities

You are the central commercial point of contact for the managing directors of the supported companies. You analyze their economic development, create transparency, and translate figures into concrete recommendations. You will report directly to the Regional Operations Manager.

You will handle these tasks in detail:

• Support of craft businesses as a Finance Business Partner (m/f/d) directly on-site
• Analysis of key figures and reports as well as derivation of concrete recommendations for action
• Support for managing directors with commercial issues
• Further development of reporting and controlling structures
• Support with budget planning, forecasts, and monthly closing according to HGB
• Optimization of existing financial processes
• Accompanying the integration of new companies into the corporate group
• Commercial support in the planning and management of customer projects

Qualifications

• University degree in Finance, Controlling, Business Administration or a comparable qualification
• Sound professional experience in Controlling, Accounting, Auditing, or Management Consulting, for example in the areas of Transaction Services or Due Diligence
• Confident handling of financial figures and enjoyment of analytical tasks
• Understanding of commercial contexts and different business models
• Structured, independent, and practice-oriented way of working
• Strong communication skills and enjoyment of collaboration with medium-sized craft businesses and their respective management
• Willingness to travel regionally within Baden-Württemberg and Hessen
• Very good German and good English skills
