About The Job The Finance Business Partner (FBP) for Singapore Jurong is a strategic finance leader responsible for delivering comprehensive financial insights and partnering with operational management to drive business performance. This role combines financial stewardship with business advisory capabilities, ensuring accurate financial reporting while supporting strategic decision-making across the site operations. Key Responsibilities Financial Leadership & Reporting Provide accurate and timely financial information to stakeholders, including site leadership, regional teams, and global finance teams. Develop and maintain a deep understanding of the site's financial performance, identifying trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement. Collaborate with operational management to develop and implement business plans that align with company-wide goals and objectives. Analyze and interpret financial data to inform strategic decision-making, ensuring alignment with company priorities. Ensure compliance with all relevant financial policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements. Business Advisory & Partnership Partner with site leadership and operational teams to drive business performance, identifying opportunities for cost savings, process improvements, and revenue growth. Develop and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders across the site, fostering a culture of collaboration and continuous improvement. Provide expert financial guidance and support to site leaders, ensuring effective decision-making and resource allocation. Identify and prioritize initiatives that drive business value, leveraging data-driven insights to inform strategic decisions. Site Operations & Management Collaborate with site operations teams to develop and implement plans that align with company-wide goals and objectives. Analyze and interpret operational data to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement. Develop and maintain a deep understanding of the site's operational performance, identifying opportunities for process improvements, cost savings, and revenue growth. Ensure compliance with all relevant operational policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements. Certifications & Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field. Professional certifications such as CFA, CAIA, or CFP are desirable. 5+ years of experience in finance leadership roles, preferably in a manufacturing or industrial setting. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret complex financial data. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with stakeholders across the site. Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing multiple projects and deadlines.
