Finance Business Partner

Roles & Responsibilities: Partner with plant Director and key plant leadership team to develop and execute cost optimization initiatives and deliver scorecard KPI targets and ensure strong recovery plans in place. Drive whole plant robust AOP & forecast process, identify cost driver, prepare cost budget, lead cost initiative and make sure deliver saving target. Provide financial support to leaders in investment projects and financial simulations for effective decision making Month close activities include: Financial reporting, variance analysis, and forecasting. Ensure compliance with accounting policies and procedures. Collaborate with internal stakeholders to ensure alignment of financial plans and operations. Drive process improvements and implement changes to optimize financial performance. Make sure deliver saving target.
