Finance Business Partner – Cape Town

Finance Business partner oversees financial operations, managing budgets, and providing strategic financial guidance to ensure the organization’s financial health and sustainability. Key Responsibilities Financial Management: Oversee the organization’s finances, including budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting. Ensure compliance with financial regulations and standards. Strategic Planning: Contribute to the development of financial strategies and long-term financial planning. Analyze financial data to identify trends and opportunities for improvement. Business Partnering: Collaborate with other departments to provide financial insights and support decision-making. Build and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders. Reporting and Analysis: Prepare and present financial reports to management and other stakeholders. Conduct variance analysis and provide explanations for discrepancies. Risk Management: Identify and assess financial risks and develop mitigation strategies. Ensure that financial controls are in place to safeguard the organization’s assets. Qualifications Bachelor's degree in accounting, finance, or a related field. Proven experience as a finance business partner or in a similar role. Strong understanding of financial principles, regulations, and reporting standards. Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
