Finance Business Partner

We’re looking for a commercially-minded Finance Business Partner to join a dynamic group finance team. Key responsibilities include: • Developing and maintaining strong relationships with senior stakeholders across multiple units • Providing strategic financial insights to support business decision-making • Collaborating with cross-functional teams to develop and implement financial strategies • Analyzing complex financial data to identify trends and opportunities for improvement • Staying up-to-date on industry trends, regulatory changes, and best practices in finance • Identifying and mitigating potential risks and threats to the organisation’s financial performance. What we’re looking for You should have: • A degree in Finance or a related field • 3+ years of experience in a similar role • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment • Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel.
