Finance Business Partner

Job Description The Opportunity As a Finance Business Partner, you'll act as a trusted advisor to operational leaders and the wider business, providing commercial insights that drive better decisions and improve project performance. You'll take ownership of forecasting, reporting and financial controls across multiple projects and business units, while helping identify risks, improve margins and support strategic growth initiatives. You'll also play a key role in the company's exciting data architecture and analytics efforts. You'll be responsible for developing and maintaining strong relationships with stakeholders to ensure that financial information is accurate, timely and relevant. This will involve working closely with cross-functional teams to develop and implement financial plans, forecasts and budgets, as well as providing guidance on financial performance and identifying areas for improvement. In addition, you'll contribute to the development of business cases and proposals to support strategic initiatives, and provide insights and recommendations to inform decision-making. You'll also be expected to stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in finance and accounting, and apply this knowledge to drive continuous improvement and innovation within the organization.
